How to Start a Company in Creative City Fujairah Free zone?
Investors can submit their requirements through filling in the questionnaire
provided by the Govt. of Fujairah:

How to open a bank account?
To initiate a consideration in any of the banks in the U.A.E., you will require submitting the following:
1 Introductory letter by the Creative City Fujairah Free Zone Authority.
2 Submission of a copy of the Creative City Fujairah Free Zone license.
3 A copy of the Chamber of Commerce registration.
4 A copy of Power of Attorney of the Authorised Signatory.
5 A copy of Establishment of the Company.

- Issuance of Certificates of Origin.
- Providing full administration and financial assistance.
- Organising exhibitions
Creative City Fujairah FREE ZONE ESTABLISHMENT can be established giving the owner the
privilege to operate in Creative City Fujairah Free Zone. The incorporation fee for a Creative City Free Zone
Investors can submit their requirements by filling in the application form. Initial approval will be granted on reviewing the form and relevant documents. Transit visas can be arranged for the investors to visit the site upon request.
The license will be issued within a maximum 48 hours upon final agreement on the terms and conditions of the contract and the fulfilling of the first year's financial commitments (premises rent, licensing fees, Fujairah Chamber of Commerce registration).
Investors leasing Trading Offices or pre-built units can take over the premises with immediate effect upon the issuance of the license. However, investors signing contracts for constructing a customized building can also utilize Free Zone facilities to prepare their manufacturing units during the period of creating their groups
provided by the Govt. of Fujairah:
- Submission of detailed information on the project including
- Status of the Company to be formed viz., Branch, Sister Concern, Subsidiary,
Representative Office of Parent Company - offshore or otherwise. - Identifying capital and mode of investment of the project.
- Identifying shareholders and board of directors of the plan to be established
- Identifying the signing authority of the project.
- All documents should be legalized by relevant authorities at the place of issue.
- Status of the Company to be formed viz., Branch, Sister Concern, Subsidiary,
- Initial approval will be granted on reviewing the questionnaire and relevant documents.

The Port of Fujairah is adjacent to the Creative City Fujairah Free Zone to ensure investors derive maximum benefit from Fujairah's strategic location.
